Here is a great little video on the spirituality of one of my favorite musicians, Paul Simon.  While spirituality has woven it's way into much of Simon's songwriting, his latest album, So Beautiful or So What positively vibrates with it.  Almost every song has a powerful religious undercurrent or overtone.  And much like Simon comes off in this video, in each situation he doesn't seem sure what to do with God.  There's a start, a thought, a pondering, a scenario, but never really a strong resolution.  God seems to be trying to break through to Simon in myriad ways, and Simon wanders away from the conversation.

Haunting but also frustrating, and I pray that one of these days soon, Simon allows that conversation with God to have it's day and way.  That resolution for Simon might come, and we all might rejoice.
