An Interesting Proposition
I'm not sure what to say about this, other than that it is rather interesting. Two incarcerated sisters serving identical life sentences now have the possibility of parole at the very least if one incarcerated sister donates a kidney to her other sister.
It seems clear that their sentence was rather excessive (life in prison for luring people into a robbery where nobody was killed?), but then again we aren't given any other details about previous criminal records. I like the idea that they are being given an incentive for this action, but I really can't say I understand what sort of rationale is behind it.
