Yes, I was glad to see that their solution was not simply to ditch the technology. They provided links to the appropriate security settings page in FB so that you can immediately determine just what you want these outside applications to have access to. I appreciated the thoroughness of their example to show the scope of the problem, and then their commitment to also showing you how to fix it.
